Review all 1701 reports from September 29th. 

Do NOT take any further 1701 extracts from the student information system (SIS). The Ministry of Education requires a September 29th data snapshot; extracts taken in October will be wrong. Make corrections manually in the Ministry’s Education Data Exchange (EDX) that make the data accurate to September 29th. Make the same corrections in the SIS, if applicable. 

For schools needing to make manual corrections, the deadline to send in new Principal sign-offs is Monday, October 5, 2026 at 2:00 pm. If your school does not need to make manual corrections, there is no need to send in new Principal sign-offs on October 5th.
