    Ministry 1701 district level reports will be available in your program's X: drive folder. Please review the reports and follow up directly with schools as soon as possible to make applicable corrections in the Student Information System to ensure accurate 1701 program funding.

    CE and DL Schools: Course Active Date = October 1, 2019 Schools extract and verify 1701 data and review reports for data accuracy.   • 1701 – Manual corrections in webform

    Do NOT take new extracts or upload a new 1701 file. Please work with your February 13th final extract in the Ministry webform. Make manual corrections in the webform, if required. Correct your data in the Student Information System, if required.

  • 1701 Principal signoff – 2:00 pm deadline

    The deadline for sending in the 1701 Principal signoff is 2:00 pm. Fax it to the IT department at (250) 475-4204. See the instructions for finalizing 1701 data which were sent via e-mail.
