CE and DL Schools: Course Active Date = September 30, 2025  

Schools extract 1701 data from the Student Information System and upload it to the Ministry Student Level Data Collection (1701) tile in the Education Data Exchange (EDX). Review all verification reports generated to identify required data corrections to make in the Student Information System. Schools submit their data to District within the EDX by 2:00 p.m. for district collection.

STOP! – After today’s collection, please stop taking 1701 extracts from the student information system. The Ministry of Education requires a February 13th data snapshot; extracts taken after this date will be wrong. Any corrections to your February 12th data must be made manually in the Education Data Exchange (EDX).
